POOL IS OPEN AS OF THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 21!!
Please note the below assessment was done on September 12 by SMC and most of the below work has been completed by 9/25/2017. Elevators are working, Electricity is on, trees have been cleared. It will take a long time for the landscaping to be replanted and look normal but Riverwalk is clean and running normally.
The reason Terrace 4 is not referenced is because they have a different management company and I have not received any reports from them.
