Question: Leasing of Units
Answer: Owners are obligated to present completed lease applications to the Board, along with any designated fees prior to the leasing of any unit. Owner must receive Board approval for each rental, and are held fully responsible for any violations created by a renter.
Answer: Should an owner or tenant wish to reserve the clubhouse for an event, they may do so by contacting SMC. Clubhouse hours: 7:00 am until 9:00 pm.
Answer: The library is available to owners and tenants from 7:00 am until 9:00 pm.
Question: Fitness Room
Answer: The fitness room will now be available to owners and tenants from 6:00 am until 9:00 pm.
Answer: In order to preserve the beauty of the community, all garbage, trash and litter must be placed in appropriate containers provided throughout the community.
Answer: No commercial vehicle shall be parked within the community. No motor vehicle shall be parked anywhere within the community other than paved designated areas for that purpose. PARKING ON LAWNS OR LANDSCAPED AREAS IS PROHIBITED. Parking violations will be subjected to being towed without notice and at the vehicle owner’s expense.
Question: Pets and Animals
Answer: All pets shall be leashed at all times when outdoors. Pets shall not be permitted to roam free. Owners that walk their pets on Riverwalk grounds MUST clean up after the pet. NO PETS ARE PERMITTED IN LEASED UNITS.
Question: Sidewalks, Walkways, and Building Entrances
Answer: No carriages, bicycles, wagons, shopping carts, chairs, benches or tables can be left on the streets, sidewalks, walkways, entrances and stairs. All walkways must remain clear and unobstructed.
